At oda dentistry & Co., we’re passionate about providing you with a world-class dental experience every visit. We deeply value your time and strive to ensure your oral care visits are as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To help us provide this level of care, we ask for the same respect and commitment in return.

Appointment confirmations

• Seven days before your scheduled oral care experience, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your booking.
• Due to high demand for our time slots, your confirmation must be received at least 48 hours before your visit.
• If you do not confirm your visit within this timeframe, we will assume you cannot attend, and your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Cancelling or rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance:
No fee will be charged. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your time slot to another patient.
• Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours: A $1200 Mx fee will apply.

Late arrivals and incomplete forms

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will no longer be able to accommodate you that day, and this will be treated as a last-minute rebooking. A $1200 Mx fee will apply.
• Arriving on time without completed intake forms: Please ensure you complete your intake forms in advance. If you arrive on time but have not completed your intake forms, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to see you that day.
• Arriving late without completed intake forms: If you are late and have not completed your intake forms, we will not be able to accommodate you that day. A $1200 Mx fee will apply.

No-shows

If you confirm your oral care visit, fail to cancel, and do not attend, we regret to inform you that we will no longer accept any future bookings from you. What is the closest airport?

The closest airport is MZN in Manzanillo, Colima. Around 30 minutes from Melaque. Or PVR in Puerto Vallarta. Around 3.5 hours from Melaque.

Do you have transportation service?

Yes, of course! We will receive you in any airport PV or MZN.
For this service you will need to complete an interview with your concierge.
Could be included in your dental plan or as a separate service.

We offer three different plans in your dental plan:

Rehabilitation Journey

Do I have to pay for the initial exam?

Yes, you initial consulting has a fee of $1200 Mx pesos. That´s include one x-ray, full evaluation of your mouth, your dental plan and estimate of your treatment. This will be sent it at your email or WhatsApp in 24 hours or less.

Are the payment stages flexible?

+

Because each phase of your smile journey involves custom work created just for you, payments for each stage are non-refundable once that stage is completed. We’ve structured payments to match the work being done — so it’s transparent and easy to plan for.

Your remaining treatment balance needs to be settled at least one week before your prep day. We accept cash, preferably Mexican pesos, but we can accept Canadian (1CA = 12Mx) or American (1US = 18Mx) dollars. You also can pay with debit or with credit card. VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMEX. A fee will be applied over the total payment for the service of the card. Otherwise, you can make a transfer from your back to our bank account, please send us an email if you are interest is this option of payment at dentaltourism@odadentistrynco.com

How long will I wear my temporaries?

Depends on how big your dental rehabilitation is.
Time varies between 5 to 15 days.

Is the night guard rally necessary?

+

Yes, your night guard guarantee the long-term success of your treatment, mostly when you had bruxism.

What happens if I change my mind partway through?

We understand life happens. Payments for completed stages are non-refundable because of the custom work involve, but if you need to pause or adjust timing, just let us know. We´ll do our best to work with you.

How long does the full process usually take?

Also depends on how big your dental rehabilitation is. We have essential plans from 5 days to long-term plans of around 6 months.
